In the introductory course we will help you get started, install the software and create an account. You will learn how to create a reference library, save references to Zotero from article databases, library catalogues and web pages, add PDF files to your Zotero library, and how to insert citations and create reference lists in your document.

China in Africa - for whose benefit? Interests and impacts explored
This presentation summarizes some aspects of the Chinese engagement in Africa and seeks to put it into a wider perspective of the continent’s interaction with external agencies and interests, while also reflecting on the role of local partners in these relations. The general assessment is followed by a case study assessing the various aspects of the Chinese‐Namibian ‘all weather friendship’.
