Stress and cognitive behavioural therapy

Being stressed? Welcome to the Student Health Service's workshop on stress and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for international students at Uppsala University.

During the study period, it is easy to experience that the requirements exceed one's resources, which can easily lead to stress and sometimes even to anxiety. Being stressed for a long time can be a problem that affects both studies and life as a whole. The Student Health Service’s workshop on stress and anxiety aims to provide you with a basic understanding of these topics and also some tools to handle and cope with it.

Sign up for the workshop in person at the Student Health Service. The registration is open between 21 February and 14 March. The workshop is free of charge.
