Experience Swedish tradition of fika while also learning about the effects on the environment from the things we choose to eat and drink.

Following up the launch of 7day challenge "Eat smart, Move smart, Live smart" by the Embassy of Sweden in Hanoi, UN and Live&Learn, the Sweden Alumni Network Vietnam is introducing you ECO FIKA: do little - make big change in beautiful Hanoi!

Get inspired by listening to stories of people who choose to live organically. Ms. Binh, owner of Bluebirds's nest will share her views on an eco lifestyle, led by Ms. Phu from Vietnam Television channel 2 (VTV2) which focuses on healthy lifestyle
