The previously postponed Conferment Ceremony will be held 18 May.

Programme

07:00 Cannon salute from Uppsala Castle Hill

08:00 The Uppsala Cathedral bells are rung

12:00 Conferment Ceremony in the Grand Auditorium 

Representatives of the University’s faculties, departments and administration are encouraged to take part in the procession to honour and celebrate their new doctors. 11:45 The procession gathers in the gallery.  Dress: Evening gown or tailcoat with black vest and white bow-tie.

Tickets: To take part in the ceremony, collect your tickets free of charge at the reception desk of the University Main Building from 10:00.  The audience must be seated no later than 11:45. No dress code for members of the audience.

The ceremony will be livestreamed and can be watched at www.uu.se.
