Relaxation and mindfulness - seminar with the Student Health Services

Do you want some tools for relaxation and for living “in the now”? Mindfulness and relaxation can help you to reduce stress and increase mental health, increase focus, and improve your memory. Join us to learn about it and experience some relaxation and mindfulness practices.

As a student at Uppsala University, SLU (Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences) in Uppsala, and Johannelund School of Theology, you have access to our groups and seminars.
