Are you among those who repeatedly put off your studying? Procrastination is a common problem, especially among students. Everyone tends to put off tasks or decisions from time to time, but for some it creates problems. Even though it doesn't cause big consequences for everyone, it can become an obstacle for some.
Join our student group “Do it now!”. The purpose of the group is to get going with your studies and create new and improved study habits, with the support of other members of the group.
The group meets weekly and is ongoing throughout the semester. You will get advice and tips on what you can do yourself to break your (bad) habits and start “doing it now!”.
If you are interested to join the group, please sign up via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Student Health Service is available to you as a student at Uppsala University, SLU in Uppsala and Johannelund's School of Theology, studying on campus or remotely. We help you with issues connected to life as a student. We offer lectures, student groups and individual counselling to promote your well-being and ensure a balanced student life.
